No, what it means is that the law of supply and demand is still working.   
While the supply of stick '57/58 horn rings is extremely low, the demand is even lower.

Does that Mean I practically gave away an equally nice 57/58 Stickshift 
Chrysler hornring
which has to be VERY rare!!!!   ( Yes I typed StickShift as in manual 
transmission )
