[Chrysler300] HEMI Heads

Hi all,
Thanks for the responses on the Hemi head numbers. I was told that the 
1556157 heads were from a '55 C300 and the information so far does not 
dispute that, albeit they may also have been on a Dodge truck. Strange 
that the '55-58 parts manual does not identify the '55 300 heads.

The number is in the center of the head under the rockers so the next 
time anyone changes their valve covers, check the number for a positive 
I.D.

The site that Dave in New Zealand refers to is great for thes part

  The other one, 1556157 is from a Dodge truck with a 331. I have a 
buddy with a hemi with those heads on it,and that is the number It's 
actually 1556157-1.Came from a Dodge truck, so hesaid. It's going in a 
Fat Topolino drag car.
