[Chrysler300] 300 G Coupe Dash dimmer

I started car and the dash dimmer worked but as the car warmed up the dash 
lights went off.

The right turn signal flashes normally but
the left flashes slower and as the car warms up does not flash at all.

This is not a riddle but real question.

I am also looking for the rubber gap filler that fits on quarter post (below 
window corner).

Also looking for the alloy foot pads for driver side.
