[Chrysler300] Seat belts

A while back someone ask about installing seat belts in our old  cars. 
 On Hagerty Insurance web site   ( 
http://www.hagerty.com/news_protection.asp) under protection network 
they have an article about seat belts in old cars. There information is 
general in nature.  I found the history of seat belts interesting.  Also 
article on hydraulic brakes.
