[Chrysler300] dash paint for F

Good Afternoon,
Does anyone know if there is a paint close to the charcoal  color on the 
dash between the dash pad and the glass?
Also, is there a replacement switch available for the wiper park switch? 
Mine is riveted to the motor and isn't working.  I thought about 
removing it and messing with the contacts but that is a lot of work if 
it doesn't work.  Removing and installing the glove box isn't easy.
