Hi Pete and All:
No 11" X 4" brakes anywhere I know of.  Best I can determine from the  AMA 
specs is the 300J and everything else except Newport had the 3" wide  linings, 
and in 1964 everything had 3" in front and 2 1/2" linings at the rear  except 
the station wagons, and I believe the 300K with ram engine.  Hope  this helps.
