[Chrysler300] Air Conditioning Help Needed!!!

Hi everyone out there in 300 Land:
 
Have a 59E.  Think the air compressor might have gone.  Have  a three (4) 
questions:
 
1)  Is the compressor difficult to remove, and is there anything I  should be 
aware of during the removal process;
 
2)  Can these be rebuilt with relative easy or does it need to be  
professionally done; 
 
3)  If it needs to be rebuilt professionally, who does it, where are  they 
located and approximately how much does it cost; and lastly
 
4)  Reinstalling the compressor and charging the system - how  difficult is 
this?
