[Chrysler300] oil analysis question

I'm finally getting serious about restoring my '61 G, and want to do it right.
I had my oil anaylized and found two items of interest.
I had excessively high readings of lead, which is most likely the lead-additive I put in from time to time, but it showed 'above normal' levels of copper. I realize this may mean bearings, but does anyone have any experience with oil analysis and any opinions about doing the bearings? (I have approx 43,800 miles on the G.)
Your comments and insights are always helpful.
Gary
