[Chrysler300] center 300 logo in the steering whell of 58D

Mine looks pretty ratty.  It doesn't seem to come out easily.  What am I missing.  Is there a repro replacement for it?  Or do you just repaint it verrrry carefully?  I have the plastic cover off and the housing out of the chrome twist in housing out of the horn ring.  What next?
