[Chrysler300] 2903 Carburetors

I am trying to locate the "Idle By-Pass Air Bleed Screw" referenced in the service manual.  The manual does not identify its location.  I'm guessing it's the large screw located between the two Mixture Screws.  Is this correct, or is it something else?  Thanks in advance.
