I wondered the same thing. Also, the pictures show the original rear end being removed but didn't say whether it was re-installed. Surely with that much extra power, both the rear end and brakes were upgraded. Since the article states the owner didn't want the body modified in case he wanted to put it back original, maybe he is just keeping them. Doesn't sound like money is a problem for him, but I would like to volunteer to test drive it if he needs a second opinion of the finished product. Sounds like all he needs to go back original is a frame. Okie Bob Hardy Graham Jr <hpgraham@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: That was a very interesting site. Sacrilegious, but interesting. The car bears a California Hysterical Vehicle plate. http://www.hotrodscustomstuff.com/chrysler300-08.html C-300'ly Rich Barber Brentwood, CA 1955 C-300 (Plain Vanilla) To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm Yahoo!
