[Chrysler300] "F" Distributor Problems

The vacuum advance is not working at all on the "F", and the 
centrifigal advance is not advancing the timing correctly. Does anyone 
have a source for exchanging distributors for a rebuild one, or a 
source for new distributors or for rebuilding? Or perhaps all of the 
needed parts?

I have hoped to not have to have the car down for awhile....
