[Chrysler300] 300D Ignition Trim Ring

I'm repainting the gold color in the center of the knobs on  the instrument 
panel of my 300D.  They all came off easily with the set  screws on each knob, 
but I can't figure out how to remove the trim ring at the  front of the 
ignition switch, where the key goes in.  Any advice?   Thanks.  Terry McTaggart
