[Chrysler300] 300F Question

Re: the 300 emblem assembly that mounts between the rear seats...

The emblem was with my F, but unmounted, when I purchased the car. Can 
someone advise as to its vertical location? From the Web site photos 
it "appears" to be located so that the crossbar for the seat back 
mounts would interefere with its installation. Do the upper and lower 
studs straddle the crossbar, maybe? Or is it mounted lower?

The distance the top of the emblem assembly is from the rear window 
ledge would locate its proper position for me.
