With two of the three motels fully booked for the Fall Meet and others still 
wanting to show for this special venue, should you find yourself in the 
unfortunate position of having to cancel an existing reservation, (sob!) please let 
your meet host know before doing any cancellating with the motel so I can fill 
the spot as I cancel for you.  We run the risk of having some outsider get 
the newly opened spot prior to refilling it with our own special people if there 
is an opening this close to the busy season.  They can easily get a greater 
daily price then we have contracted for.  It will be extremely tough to get 
even close to the remarkably fine job done by the Spring Meet Hosts but I'll keep 
the pressure on the current hosts!
