[Chrysler300] Insulation and vibration damper

Bruce Naimy and list.Had a High School auto shop teacher that was frustrated with the timing marks on the damper for a olds he was building.He went to a dealer and had him pull all he had from stock.Staked them on a bench and alined the key ways.TDC varied by as much as 10 deg. Moral set #1 T.D.C. compression stroke and mark your own .Or at least make note of how far it is off.-- They make insulation that looks like aluminum sandwich bubble wrap for wrapping Furnace hot air ducts .It about $100.00 a roll and they sell the tape that goes with it. When I did my pipes I thought it would be great for headliners and under hood ,package shelf, fire-wall. Have not tried it but will .O.S.H. has it ( now Sears, Now K-Mart ) Am waiting for the blue light special .Is this a great country or what. Jim McMullan 300 F And many others Calif.
