Hi Jim,
  The Saratoga is on the long wheelbase platform in 60 (126). The Windsor
was the base model in the Chrysler line-up. It was on a 122 inch WB. Windsor
fenders will not fit on a Saratoga, NYer or 300 because they are to short.
The brakes are also 11 inch on the Windsor, and 12 on the Saratoga.
  To make things more confusing, Chrysler added the Newport as the base
model in 61, and moved the Windsor up one level. Still had the small brakes
and shorter WB though.
