[Chrysler300] Spring Meet Notice

   For those who are attending the Spring 2005 meet, the Club has only 39
registrations. But the hotel says that there are over 75 rooms reserved.
    The problem here is this,.......there are many things to be done in
preparation for the meet, meet packets, name tags, brochures, folders, dash
plaques, maps, trophies and the number of members that will attend the
Mack's BBQ. We need the Club registrations to come in a.s.a.p. so that the
hosts can get all this together. We would not like to have an 11th hour rush
to get all this prepared. Putting this meet together does require a lot of
work.
  We also need a count for the Chrysler Museum and Hotel banquet as these
people are asking us NOW how many members will attend. We only have 5 weeks
or less to get all this together. It may not seem like a big deal, but it is
to us so that we can get all "our ducks in a row".
  Please help us. Get your Club registrations in quickly.
