Roger;
I agree also! I found the insurance topic helpful as I'm about to Get
my 300 on the road. I also food many other past non 300 technical
discussions, of value. I also believe the Lister coordinators should
also be able to cut in and cut the discussion to very minimum.

Agreed 100 percent. If only Chrysler 300's and nothing else related to
the old car hobby is permitted, and NOTHING that has been discussed
before, then I also suggest that this website is irrelevant. I have
only been a member of the club for 20 or 30 years so perhaps I have not
seen EVERY topic covered in detail at one time or another in the past.
And being a short time member compared to the really senior members
perhaps I am not permitted to speak out. I guess I should read the
bylaws(I am sure that it is covered) to find what I am permitted. If
only those topics that have never before been discussed before are
permitted, then perhaps we all can spend our time reading emails on
really important topics like the latest deals on Viagra and instead of
doing really stupid things like acting like neighbors who gossip over
the backyard fence(300's are not like Chevy's where you probably have a
100 old Chevy owners within a 5 mile radius of your home and you can
drive down the street and visit with them or at the monthly club
meeting) with them regarding their favorite automobile.
I belong to 5 other forums(2 motorcycle, 1 on Tivo, 1 on Corvettes, and
1 on Home Theatre stuff). In none of these do I see such rigid,
prickly, no sense of humor hostility. Perhaps I am politically
incorrect but Mr. Wolfe and Mr. Schwandt get my vote. Anyone who thinks
that auto insurance is not a topic of interest to some owners is
mistaken and if bothered by such postings, hit the delete key. The ram
manifolds on 300's is of zero interest to me(and we have seen numerous
postings on them, many of them repetitions) but what is of interest is
the problems and questions that other members are experiencing(whether
relevant to my B) so I even follow the discussions of them, along with
non letter 300's and the latest repro tail light for 300 k's. Again my
hard drive has a lot of space and my delete key is not worn out.
When does the ground war begin?
