[Chrysler300] 61 G Ram Equilizer tub

I  am in need of the rubber hoses that connect the ram equalizer tube to the ram intakes.  When I removed the tube from my top end rehab mine were dry rotted and not able to reuse.  I can't use a one size hose as both ends of the 2 hoses are different sizes.  
Any Suggestions
