[Chrysler300] old 62-300 sport bill here

most everything works...sort of...on the 1962 300 sport that i now have.

but maybe someone can tell me what and how the buttons to the heater / 
defroster work.

what i mean is, they don't seem to do anything...but wiggle and flop 
off some hookers behind the chrome face plate.

might they are froze up?  should i squirt 'em with something?

any help will be appreciated.
