[Chrysler300] 300H Heel Pads - Russell Housen

Hi group,
Does anyone know how to reach Russell Housen?  I ordered a set of heel pads 
from him several weeks ago, but the check has not been presented to my bank, he 
is not answering my emails, and I haven't yet received the heel pads.  The 
phone number listed in the club directory is not his, and the address listed is 
not the address he gave me.
