[Chrysler300] High Beams 61 300g

My high beams were working and suddenly stopped.

I can press the floor switch but no change.

Only lights on are the low beams out of the top two lights. Bottom two do 
not come on at all.

Adjusted Light O matic switch but no change.

Ideas????
