My G took a stone that chipped the windshield, and  Hagerty simply had me 
send them the bill for the new windshield, and they sent  me the money, including 
installation.  I also had a claim for paint damage  when someone dropped a 
ladder on the hood of the G (it had the cover oj it, but  got damaged anyway) 
and Hagerty had me send them pictures of the damage aqnd  sent a check for the 
repair (which was in excess of $1,200.00)  Obviously,  I have no complaints 
with Hagerty.
