Here's a free site which may help many of us decide where someone or  
somewhere is:
http://areacodes.addresses.com/area_codes.php

You can look up area codes and zip codes here and better yet, you can 
do it backwards. that is, find out where a area or zip code is located. 
They're adding area codes as we read, so this may help us decide if we 
even want to call.

Other services are on this site, some for fee and some free. Cell phone 
lookup included.
