[Chrysler300] 300L Picture Identified

I sent a note to Dick Bowman, President of the WPC Club, and also Editor of the WPC News, asking about the 300L picture on the cover.  I received a very prompt reply from him.

The car belongs to Dale Gonnering of Wisconsin and was photographed at the 1996 Meet in Detroit.
