Fern, The term "blue streak" is misleading. They do not have a blue streak that goes around the tire. All that they have is a blue dot about the size of a nickel that is located outside the white wall. When the tire is rotating the dot gives the illusion of a "blue streak". Oh Great Doug, can you please tell me as to how far from the rim was the blue line positioned?  If you have a digital camera, I would sure appreciate seeing what they looked like.  I think that blue streaks
would look great on a silver/lilac or dusty rose car!   Fern
