Early last year I purchased headers and a 2.5" exhaust system from TTI for 
my ''70 300, not cheap.  Other than a glitch with one header vs torsion 
bar, which TTI corrected quickly and at their own expense, the exhaust went 
on as flawlessly (is that a real word?) as any system I have ever worked 
with, including OEM,  It fits with no hitting or clunks at speed or 
idle.  The header flanges are 1/2", I think, and so far have not leaked a 
bit.  I would not hesitate to use them again for any car they claim to have 
a system for.
