Worse case is that you can use wires from BMW 6 cylinder(4's may be ok also,
I have never looked at them) motors from late 70's to early 90's and
possibly later. They appear the same as early hemi plug wires but of much
higher quality, especially the insulators.

I had a new set left from my 633 csi and as a number of my Bakelite
insulators in the B had given up the ghost and electrician tape would no
longer hold them together,
I gave them a whirl and they worked just fine. Even the lengths came out
ok.
I have used them in my B for some years now with zero problem.
