dual carb manifold & 2 WCFB's PUZZLE

was wandering E-bay, saw this auction

Chrysler hemi intake and carbs 300C 300D C300

I am PUZZLED, these poor eyes see many "clues" that do NOT look like
what I might have expected to see. The intake looks a tad "funny" the pic of
the casting/part num is unpainted but the manifold in the 2 other pics
is painted, the carbs have "missing" parts, and some parts look like they
were installed on the wrong side of the carbs.

Anyone want to gander at these pics and offer thoughts to a possible true 
origin of what is being depicted??
