Hi all:
In addition to all the good ideas put forth on this subject, I've found that
if there is a stubborn stain that soap or bleach will not remove, soapy water
and 1000 grit wet/dry sand paper will clean it up and leave a very smooth
finish. This cleans up yellowing white sidewalls very nicely.
