The guys in Michigan thawed out and sent this:


Club member Sam Molina (Colorado), has been in contact with a company,
Firm Feel, Inc. They remanufacture/rebuild steering gear assemblies. The
person there, Dick, has shown an interest in manufacturing torsion bars for
the 1957, '58 and '59 letter series 300s. If there are any members
interested in this project, contact Firm Feel, Inc. direct at 360-546-3633.

in the $250.00 range for a pair, right and left.
