Mark, usually the problem with rubber floor mats is that they trap 
condensation under them created by exhaust heat under the floor. The same 
goes for the individual rubber mats we use over our carpets. Any time you 
have any moisture in the car your windows will fog up whenever the inside 
temperature is higher than the outside. Maybe it wasn't the mat?
