Andy, for years I have owned a 1961 clock with WHITE hashmarks. Could never
figure it out, at all, at all. Never seen nuthin' like it. Now you send
this Scud about a matching radio to my clock. Aaaaargh. This makes it even
worse ! Hopefully someone else will repond with something that makes sense
!
Frank, only 1960 NewYorkers, I do believe, had the front fender trim on top
of the fenders. Any you might have seen on a 300F was owner-added.
Similarly, and occasionally, I have seen 300F's or 300G's with NewYorker
side moldings, around the wheelwells, etc. ; that stuff never came from the
factory that way. It perhaps COULD have been dealer added at customer's
request - lots of strange things went on back then !
John
