Hi Ivan
Start with your speedo cable. It may be dry, starting to break or have a
kink somewhere along the cable run. DON"T just unhook the end and try to
fill the cable housing up with WD40, it'll migrate into the speedo head.
Take it out, examine it and if OK, lube it with NeverSeize or a good grade
of moly grease. That should fix it, if not the problem is in your head (the
speedo's)
