300C vs. 300D Dashboard

Hi gang -
The 57 Chrysler 300C dashboard and the 300D dashboard have different part
numbers. Aside from the location of the rear view mirror, what is the
difference or are they the same beast ? Also is everything on the dash
(speedo, gauges, glove box, pushbuttons, radio, lights) the same ?
