If regular brakes are adjusted properly they should not lock up under heavy 
decelleration. That will give true stopping distance. I don't know about 
you other guys but I'm not going to go so fast that I can't control my H and 
I'm not about to follow another vehicle so close that I have to slam on the 
brakes to keep from hitting them. I just make sure I have enough distance 
between me and the other car so that I don't have to have a fender or hood 
made.
