[Chrysler300] Some ones gotta' be doin' um'

A little help on this one please. The 30" rails on the
back side of the vent windows that are riveted to the
vent window frame. Who's making them? Or is there a
fuzzy cloth that can be glued in? Steel Products, NO!
It's not in Gowers catalog. JC Whitney, NO! I can't be
the only one that has had to skin this cat. Any help
here will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance,
