Jerry You can easily improvise. Buy a cheapo catsup or mustard plastic bottle w/ the tapper'd tip. Go to local home supply and get a short piece of clear vinyl tubing that will fit snug over the tapper'd tip. Fill the bottle, push on tubing, turn it upside down and squeeze.
