[Chrysler300] Cast Iron Torqueflite question

Hi group,
I have a 1960 Imperial Torqueflite that needs a new home.  I was asked by a G owner what the differences are between this transmission and a 300G transmission.  Are they interchangeable?  I would guess that there are beefed-up components.
