[Chrysler300] Small rubber parts repro - How ?

Hey all,
                   I'm in need of a set of new clutch and brake pedal pads 
not currently being reproduced. Wondering if anyone can tell me best way to make 
molds of the old ones to create new ones. Is there an easy homebrew way to do 
this and an off-the-shelf out of the can liquid rubber I can pour myself to 
make them ?
