[Chrysler300] Need A Couple of Answers

Although I've owned my 300F for nearly 26 years, it has been in a 
museum for the last 21 years. I need to fix a few things, etc. At 
the moment, I have the following questions I hope someone can help 
me with;

-- Where does the horn wire exit the steering column? (have a bare 
spot on it apparently, as the horn blows when turning the steering 
wheels frequently).

-- How difficult is to replace the casting that's between the 
exhaust manifold and the intake manifold heat chamber under the carb?

-- How difficult is to replace the power steering pump shaft seal?

-- (this seems like a silly question, but... I don't know the 
answer -- only Chrysler product I've ever owned) When the 
transmission is in neutral, is it a "park" mode? I.E. does it 
prevent the car from rolling? It doesn't seem to...
