[Chrysler300] Tires

Hi Gang;
                I have nothing but trouble with my cocker tires. I had 
returned two of them already. that was for the black portion of the outer edge of 
the started to come off. Another problem is that I cannot balance them, no 
matter what we do. Moving the tire on the rims, changing wheels, and now they are 
out of round. I had no problem of returning them, but the same problem exists. 
Never again will I buy a cocker tire. and especially after reading about the 
speed ratings.
