[Chrysler300] In need of restoration

Greetings all,
I have recently taken out of storage my 300 C Convertible (it has been in storage since 1968) I am looking to have it professionally restored and I am looking for the right shop to send it to, the car is in very good shape it is a complete car with 48000 original miles, minor surface rust on the rear quarter panels and couple of minor dings on the body. The interior is almost perfect (one stain on the leather on the top outside corner of the drivers seat) the original paint (white) still has a shine. any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated .
