Hi Tom and all:

I use a plastic bottle with a spout on it similar to a ketchup bottle you 
find in restaurants.  Many stores carry these in clear plastic.  It is a simple 
task to hold your index finger over the spout and ease it under the booster and 
squeeze the bottle.  Make sure the spout has a cap so you can seal the 
contents from air and moisture.
