[Chrysler300] Brake advice needed on a 59E - reply

Hi Tom,

Need: one small 7/16th wrench; thin helps. And one turkey baster. Or any
similar device. It's not a particularly impossible task. Just loosen the
bolt holding the cap on the master cylinder; I then use my fingers to work
it all the way loose and remove it. Then remove the cap. Use the turkey
baster type device to fill up the master. Put the cap back on. Then put the
bolt back in. Some minor dexterity required.

Good evening to everyone out there in 300 Land!

Got a simple problem - maybe I am missing something here!

Just did a brake job on my 59E. The power brake unit is attached to the
firewall and lies directly above the master cylinder also attached to the
firewall. How in God's creation do you put oil into the master cylinder
without
removing the power brake assembly?

Happy Chryslering,

Tom
