I just went to Gary's site and here is what he says: I make hundreds of reproductions parts for old Chrysler products and it is very time consuming. The site is what I feared all along-it makes me too accessible! I spend most of the day lately answering Email and Faxes. I simply cannot allow this to go on. I must ask and implore you to please send in your orders the old -fashioned way-US mail. My friend, Conrad is here for two or more hours every morning to write orders, take care of the mail and paperwork and answer the phone. He doesn't have time to answer all the emails and Faxes. Email and Faxes don't help get the order out any quicker; they just slow down the process. If you have questions on pricing or are not sure if some items are for your car, just ask me to check when you send it in. Under normal circumstances, almost all orders are filled in 8 weeks or less; most within weeks or less. I cannot begin to tell you how overwhelmed I've been with paperwork lately. The constant flood of communications is crippling production. I am a one-man shop with one helper. I have to produce the parts. I can't do this when a large portion of my time is spent answering communications. My workday is now over 16 hours a day, seven days a week. Something has to change immediately; I don't want it to be the parts availability. One way or the other, I have to catch up and have some time off Thanks for your business and cooperation. Gary PHONE & FAX 406 752- 6249 Phone is normally answered between 8:00 - 10:00AM Mountain Time. Any other time, I simply must ignore it. The FAX is always on, but it is not in the shop so I rarely get the Faxes until the next morning. Email is Gary@xxxxxxxxxxxxx If you absolutely have to contact me; this is still the best way, however I'm no longer going to allow myself to be interrupted all day answering them. I'll answer them in the early morning. While I do not know this for a fact, its seems like Gary is just doing what he does best. Makes the products for our cars and he does a fine job at that. I have met Gary and I would certainly trust him. If I, personally, needed to order something from Gary I would not hesitate at all. This is only my opinion, so take it for what you think its worth. Good Luck and Happy 300'ing ! I'm about to send in an order for a boat load of interior stuff, including the leather seat covers and door panels. There have been postings recently asking this same question but I haven't seen any answers. I thought Gary might be on a well-deserved vacation, but I just want to make sure. If anyone out there in 300 land knows anything that might put me at ease, please let me know.
