Mark & all!

Black belts?  My H (Rough) I bought from original owner) had terrible 
shape belts but they were tan (I'm not sure that the original owner 
replaced them).  Also , if I my feeble memory serves me,  my other H 
(basket case) also had light colored belts.

I'm glad to know the color is black as I'm putting together the  H and 
will Now use black web in the belts.
