Any of you use Paypal to buy 300/other parts?
If so, have any of you received anything from Paypal re offering
settlement 
as part of a Class Action that was brought against them - basically they

do you want to opt in or out of whatever they are offering care of Court

goes against most basic laws governing the universe ?!), can explain

According to what Paypal just sent me, it seems if you do nothing you
are 
one way, however if you advise them something, then you are also
