[Chrysler300] Trailers

When I ordered by car hauler, 18' open,  I had surge brakes on the front and 
electric on the rear.  I would suggest this set up.  On two occasions the 
electric have failed due to broken wires.  Surge brakes are great for the 
emergency stops and electric brakes, will keep trailer from swaying when coming down 
hills (when applied manually).
